We believe we can drastically reduce the rate of recidivism and homelessness by providing Permanent Housing, Supportive Services and Case Management to No, Low and Moderate Income individuals who are transitioning from the Utah Corrections System or Homelessness back into society and who have a chronic history of substance abuse; consequently, resulting in, restoration of the family unit.

GETTING OUT, WHAT'S NEXT?

Golden Spike Outreach Re-Entry Assistance Program (REAP) primarily provides transition assistance to those who have found themselves placed into the Utah Correction System. Our one-on-one mentorship program provides unprecedented support for those faced with the daunting process of getting a job, finding a place to live and reunifying with family and friends.

PUTTING THINGS BACK TOGETHER

We have years of experience in the ever-changing field of individual and family homelessness with proactive programs and evidence based practices. We progressively play a leadership role in education and advocacy to address this community-wide issue. Although we are not a shelter, we provide one-on-one mentorship to each person and connect those in need with available local resources.

RECOVERY

Those struggling with addiction are finding the simple truth that the traditional models of achieving recovery from addiction are usually not enough. At Golden Spike Outreach, we meet clients wherever they are on their path to recovery, surround them with community, and then help lead the way. We do not adopt one model or approach to treatment, but instead draw upon several Christian-based modalities in order to give each person the comprehensive attention they need to address their unique situation.
